Yoshimichi Ueno is president of Learning Masters International, a Tokyo consultancy specializing in training, research, assessment and coaching. He has extensive experience developing and delivering high-impact programs for technology, manufacturing, financial services and pharmaceutical organizations.

Prior to founding Learning Masters, Yoshimichi was Chief Program Development Officer for Nippon Wilson Learning. In addition to consulting and development positions, Yoshimichi held senior line positions with Caterpillar-Mitsubishi.

Yoshimichi is fluent in Japanese and English.
