Wallace Bachman
Wallace Bachman is an experienced management consultant focusing on leadership and conflict resolution in the development of high performance teams.
As an expert in competency-based assessment, he has designed and implemented results-oriented skill assessment and training programs for high tech, financial services, consulting, utility and military clients. He has designed and managed such large-scale projects as the international rollout of a cross-functional management development program involving 3,500 managers.
Trained in social and organizational psychology at Harvard University, Wallace is recognized for his expertise in teams and small group facilitation. He began his coaching career as a Graduate Fellow at Harvard and has since guided business executives and managers in measurably enhancing their effectiveness.
Clients have included such companies as DuPont, Digital Equipment, Scudder, Prudential, Fidelity Investments, and while at McBer & Company, Mobil Oil, Pacific Gas and Electric and The U.S. Navy.
