Susan Schaeffer has extensive experience in the international business as an executive, consultant, and coach.

Before consulting, Susan worked in financial services including five years as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions for Chase Manhattan. Susan brings excellent cross-cultural skills to her work, drawing on graduate work in International Management and International Relations and worldwide business experience.

Recently, Susan has coached extensively in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom.
