John Plow pursued undergraduate honors studies in Law, with post-graduate studies in Administrative Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

He subsequently spent a number of years working with an adjudication tribunal in the area of health care dispute resolution for the Ontario Provincial Government in Canada. John has extensive writing experience, and began working with SGA in 1999 writing proposals and case studies. Since that time, John has played a critical role at SGA in program management, assessment feedback, facilitation and coaching. His client list includes Accenture, Agfa, the American Management Association, IBM, US Trust, and Wilmer Cutler Pickering.
