Marjatta Van Boeschoten has been with SGA since 2001.

With a twenty-year career as a Management Consultant, Marjatta brings a rich background and experience to her clients, focusing on organizational development on both an individual and professional level. With a background in law, Marjatta spent seven years with Transform, a management consulting firm, working with a wide range of national and international organizations in both the private and public sectors in management training and development.

In 1991, she co-founded Phoenix Consultancy, offering organizational skills development to a broad range of clients, focusing on relationship management, management skills development, and personal development. Marjatta is regularly retained to bring her expertise in all facets of organizational development to clients.
