Leading - Overview

James McGregor Burns, an advisor to John F. Kennedy, once stated that “leadership is one of the most observed and least understood phenomena on earth.” We help our clients to de-mystify leadership.

One of the leadership dilemmas of our time is that we have rewarded and promoted people for their ability to manage and now we expect them to lead. Leading requires a different focus.

What is our point of view? We believe that the role of a leader is to create conditions that encourage and enable others to dedicate their collective intelligence, talents, and full energies to achieve extraordinary results. In order to be truly effective, leaders must work on multiple levels - Leading the Organization; Leading Others; and Leading Oneself.
