Kendra Hajek
Kendra Hajek is a multi-faceted manager and facilitator of large-scale client projects and services. In addition to implementing workshops in effective communications and interpersonal style, she conducts client surveys, focus groups, and needs assessment. She is a facilitator of on-site, computer-assisted diagnosis of client preferences for opportunity mapping and human resource evaluation. Kendra's international experience includes individual coaching of executives and team members in leadership skill development.
Her program management credits include the leadership development program for a major global consulting firm, as well as relationship selling, minority mentoring, and other human resource development programs.
Her client list includes high-profile companies such as Aramark, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Time Inc., United Distillers, and Rieter Auto in the Czech Republic. In addition, Kendra's portfolio of achievements encompasses the writing of complex case studies and client proposals.
She brings a background in business administration, sales and development to her work with Stackhouse Garber Associates.
