Jim Harrison, a highly-experienced consultant, facilitator, and coach, now focuses on helping senior executives to maximize the benefits of strategic planning, teamwork, and marketing and sales effectiveness.

He is adept at working within complex systems, coaching senior project managers through major systems implementation, including decision path management, structuring teams, and managing their performance, as well as project and resource planning.

As a facilitator, Jim is known for his work designed to aid senior management teams in developing objectives which align with corporate strategy, and teaching the coaching structures and skills needed to guide direct reports in successful implementation.

Jim's clients include Deutsche Bank and Midland Bank/HSBC in Europe and, in North America, RBC Dominion Securities, Mutual Life, and Guardian Insurance.
