Jill Schwabl joined SGA in 1990 and has a broad range of skills and experience.

The majority of her client projects have been working with Boards and Executive leadership teams to set priorities and determine optimal future strategy.

Jill also coaches team leaders on performance management by implementing effective goal setting and project planning processes. In addition, she designs client surveys, conducts analysis, and creates feedback reports in the areas of strategy, leadership, and teambuilding. Jill has facilitated workshops for several major clients in North America, Europe, and South Africa. Jill also works closely with Livy Howard managing SGA's internal processes and systems, and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of SGA's interactive virtual community.

Jill has an MBA from the University of Cape Town (South Africa), and is based in San Francisco.
