Jane Northcote is an experienced management consultant who specialises in implementing business change. She enables managers and their teams to generate co ordinated action which delivers results. In her 30 years of experience, Jane has led and supported a wide range of business transformation projects, including structural re-organisation, Business Reengineering, sales revenue improvement, and operational cost reduction.

As a consultant and trainer, Jane specialises in the shift from strategy to action, and from decision to results. Her book "Making Change Happen" describes this practical, action-oriented approach.

Jane has an MA in Physics from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University, England. She is based in the City of London.
