Geri Blitzman brings more than twenty years of experience to her work in organizational planning and management development in the financial, high tech, manufacturing and service sectors.

As a senior consultant and training professional with the Bank of Boston and Apollo Computer, Inc., she performed internal consulting services and developed and delivered training programs for all levels of management. During her career as an external consultant, she has coached hundreds of executives and managers, building on the individual's innate high performance patterns as well as developing new areas of skill.

Geri is well known as a presenter for professional organizations in the development field and as a facilitator of business and entrepreneurial colloquia.

She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development. Her client list includes the Bank of America, Monsanto, General Electric, Polaroid, Reuters and the EPA.
