He is skilled in leadership development, high-performance teaming, improving customer satisfaction and project management. He has a unique blend of cross-functional experience, interpersonal adaptability and situational insight that allows him to help clients identify and solve complex problems.

His current roles at SGA include Consultant, Facilitator and Coach and his client list includes DEC, Exxon, IBM, BBN, Sprint and Tellabs among many others.
