A trained commercial lender, he held significant line management and human resource positions at Bankers Trust Company and National Westminster Bancorp.

He also served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Lehman Brothers' Trading Services Division. Ed brings extensive experience in strategic thinking, organizational development and design, re-engineering and coaching to his interaction with clients. His career as a senior executive informs his perspective on enhancing the performance of individuals and teams.
