Doug Peterson is president of Leadership Technologies, Inc., one of the leading agencies in the Wilson Learning agency network.

He has 26 years of experience in the consulting, facilitating, and training arenas. In 1971 Doug was managing director of Advanced Business Management (ABM), a San Rafael, CA, training and consulting firm. He then moved to Switzerland as senior partner of Ravice International, a firm specializing in test marketing products, license agreements, and distribution agreements with major international firms. In 1983, he returned to the United States as the Northeast Regional Vice President of Wilson Learning, responsible for such national accounts as IBM, AT&T, New York Life and Citibank. Leadership Technologies' core competency rests with helping companies firmly establish their sales force as a source of strategic advantage.

Doug is a master trainer in the areas of selling, teaming and leading.
